Choose from three free caregiver-mediated programs designed to teach you the strategies needed to help your child develop core social communication skills. You’ll have the opportunity to join group workshops with other caregivers, where you’ll learn techniques to support your child. Then, you’ll practice those skills with your child in individual sessions, guided by a coach who provides personalized support.
All caregiver-mediated programs will be supervised by a Registered Behavior Analyst and/or a qualified supervisor who has completed formal training delivered by the program’s expert trainers.
What your child will learn:
Social engagement – Improving your child’s interaction with others.
Expanded play skills – Using objects to represent something else during play.
Communication – Building on your child’s existing language skills.
Imitation – Learning to replicate desired behaviours through observation.
Joint attention – This may include pointing, coordinated looks between objects and people, and showing items.
