All SAAAC Autism ABA programs are eligible for OAP funding and are overseen by a Registered Behaviour Analyst.
1:1, Dyad, Group ABA programs and Parent Mediated programs are centre-based and will be at SAAAC Autism Centre, located at 1870 Birchmount Rd in Scarborough.
The Behaviour Consultation program can take place in the family home or community settings.
All clients and programs in the ABA department are overseen and supervised by a Registered Behaviour Analyst.
All Registered Behaviour Analysts at SAAAC Autism Centre are registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario (CPBAO).

- Initial phone and in-person assessments
- Individualized behaviour plan created by a Registered Behaviour Analyst
- Evidence-based intervention delivered by a highly trained Supervised Instructor Therapist
- Program supervision provided by a Registered Behaviour Analyst and supported by a Supervised Senior Therapist for the Dyad ABA programs, Group ABA programs and Caregiver Mediated programs
- Program supervision solely provided by a Registered Behaviour Analyst for the 1:1 ABA program and Behaviour Consultation
- 3-month Behaviour Plan review offered for the 1:1 and Dyad ABA programs
- Ongoing communication and collaboration with caregivers
- Caregiver coaching offered throughout the duration of the program
Based on the type of goals the family would like to work on, a learner can be in multiple streams during one service block. After completing the initial assessment, the Registered Behaviour Analyst will be able to recommend appropriate program(s) for your learner.
