Healthy Living Program

The SAAAC Healthy Living program supports and enables young adults on the autism spectrum to lead active, healthy lives.

Our 10-week program provides students and their caregivers with practical strategies for healthy living through the exploration of fitness, creative arts, and wellness activities that can be incorporated into daily routines to promote overall well-being.

Participants will also learn about healthy eating, nutrition, and social skills development in a supportive and engaging environment.

In addition, caregivers will be invited to attend one or two workshops focused on service navigation and transition planning. Workshop topics will include supporting the transition to adulthood, accessing adult services, and connecting with community resources.
