Case Management

Our Case Management service provides support to families facing a diagnosis of autism. We facilitate the process of understanding the available services, supports, and funding options, ensuring a smooth and efficient access to necessary resources.


Our Case Management team offers support and guidance to families after a diagnosis of autism. Our team specializes in navigating the complex systems involved, and assists with identifying and accessing all relevant supports and funding options, both from private and government sources. Additionally, our team will connect you to any available community resources and networks to ensure that you receive the comprehensive support that you require.

Service Details:

  • In-person, virtual, or phone
  • 1-on-1 session with a member of case management team
  • 1-2 hours/session (or as needed)
  • On-going throughout the year

Eligibility: 

  • You must be registered with SAAAC Autism Centre

What to Expect:

  • Post diagnosis orientation and counselling, and guidance through next steps
  • Applying for funding such as ACSD and SSAH
  • 1-on-1 coaching on how to complete OAP expense forms
  • Connection to available resources in the community
