Case Management

SAAAC’s Case Management program provides practical, short-term support to help families navigate autism services and move forward with confidence. Whether a child has a diagnosis or not, our team helps families understand their options, access supports, and take meaningful next steps during what can often feel like an overwhelming time.

Navigating autism services can be complex—families often face long waitlists, unclear systems, and time-sensitive decisions. Our Case Management team works alongside caregivers to provide clear, goal-oriented guidance tailored to each family’s needs.

We support families in understanding the system, accessing funding, preparing for key appointments, and connecting to the right services across health, education, and community settings. Each case is focused on achieving a defined outcome—whether that is completing an application, securing referrals, or helping families feel more confident navigating the system.

Our approach is responsive, structured, and impact-driven, ensuring families receive the right support at the right time.
