Are you between 12-18 years old, have a sibling with autism, and immigrated to Canada at any point in your life? If so, you have a unique story to share!
Khad Bint Misbah, M.A., a doctoral student at York University, is conducting a research study to better understand the experiences of young people growing up with a sibling who has autism—especially in immigrant families. Research on this topic is limited, and your voice can help shape a deeper understanding of these experiences.
Participants will take part in a 30-minute interview (online, at York University, or a convenient location) and complete a short questionnaire. To thank you for your time, you’ll be entered into a draw to win gift cards worth up to $250!
This is an opportunity to make a difference in autism research while sharing your personal experiences in a safe and welcoming environment.
