If you are a parent or caregiver of someone with autism you may have dealt with challening behaviours. These behaviours can be hard to understand and even deal with, but they are not random.
Many individuals with autism have communication difficulties so they may act out in order to communicate. It is our job as caregivers to understand what these behaviours are trying to tell us.
