SAAAC is always looking for motivated, enthusiastic volunteers to participate in all levels of our organization. Depending on the desire of our potential volunteers, there are opportunities to be involved in positions ranging from administration and community outreach to program development and creating funding initiatives. Most importantly, our organization is searching for volunteers interested in working on a one to one basis with students with Autism Spectrum Disorder.Volunteers are the heart of SAAAC. They include post secondary students, health care professionals, and various members of the community who come together to make a difference in the lives of families affected by ASD.

- Direct exposure to a variety of healthcare professions: Occupational Therapy, Applied Behaviour Analysis Therapy, Music and Dance Therapy
- Ability to network with professionals in healthcare, social service, and corporate sector

- Great opportunity to observe and actively participate in the development and growth of a non-profit organization
- Upon completion of an acceptable volunteering term a letter of recommendation will be provided and future recommendations will be offered up to two years after completed volunteering term.
